INGREDIENTS
  • fresh mint
  • espresso
  • sugar
  • water
  • ice
 
PREPARATION

  1. dissolve the sugar and water in a small pan over medium heat

  2. add in the mint and let the mint steep in the sugar syrup to flavor it

Mint syrup can store in the fridge for up to 3 weeks too!
