Delivery to a different address

We deliver to your home or other UK address. We charge a £2.50 delivery fee on orders on orders below £50.00 for UK, Ireland, Jersey, Guernsey & Isle of Man. We charge a small order fee of £2 on orders below £15.

Exchanges and returns

You are allowed to check and/or view a product, if it turns out to be the wrong product you are allowed to return it within 365 days of taking delivery and either exchange it or ask for a refund or a similar product. The product should be returned to us in its original condition. That means, undamaged and unopened packaging. We cannot accept the return of a product that is not in its original condition and it will be sent back to the customer without the possibility to return it or receive a refund.

Inform us within 365 days of taking delivery by sending an email to our customer service in which you let us know that you are returning the order or part of the order and possibly the product you would like to receive instead. If you would like a refund, please include your bank account number and clearly state the account holder’s name and town. As soon as everything is fully received we will refund you within 14 days. Once the viewing period (365 days) has passed the purchase agreement will take effect. This is in addition to your statutory rights

The shipping of the return is at your own cost.
