Description

The cleaning tablets from Eccellente clean all residues and blockages from your espresso machine caused by the oils in the coffee beans. These cleaning tablets are also suitable for cleaning thermos flasks and coffee pots. We recommend cleaning your coffee machine regularly, approximately once every fortnight.

Eccellente Cleaning Tablets are suitable for all brands coffee machines, for example:
Saeco, Siemens, Bosch, Melitta, Francis Francis, Gaggia, Jura, Gaggenau, Neff, Sage, Philips, ECM, illy, Miele, Krups, Nivona and AEG coffemachines.

Instructions

For use in a coffee machine WITH pre-ground coffee drawer
Step 1. Put an Eccellente cleaning tablet in the second coffee blender container and place a cup under the coffee spout.
Step 2. Press the pre-ground coffee button and start the coffee extraction.
Step 3. Switch off the machine using the main switch and leave it for about five minutes to allow the solution to take effect. Then turn the machine back on to complete the cycle. This operation should be repeated at least three times.
Step 4. Then remove the brewing group from the coffee machine and rinse it thoroughly with clean water.
Step 5. Before using the machine again, prepare two cups of coffee by selecting the button for pre-ground coffee, but without adding coffee, and discard.
Step 6. To clean the drip tray, put a tablet in it and fill it 2/3 full with hot water. Let the cleaning agent take effect for 30 minutes and then rinse thoroughly. All ground coffee should now be removed from the machine.

For use in a coffee machine WITHOUT pre-ground coffee drawer
Step 1.Put an Eccellente cleaning tablet in a cup and fill it with hot water.
Step 2.Then remove the coffee dispenser and clean the filters and dispensing channel with the prepared cleaning solution. You can use a small brush or sponge to make the cleaning easier.
Step 3. Allow the solution to soak in for about five minutes and repeat at least three times. Rinse the coffee maker thoroughly with clean water and replace it.
Step 4. To clean the drip tray, place a tablet in it and fill it 2/3 full with hot water.
Step 5. Let the cleaning solution soak in for 30 minutes and then rinse thoroughly. All coffee grounds should now be removed from the machine.

For use in a coffee machine with filter holder
Step 1. Before cleaning the appliance, switch it off and let it cool down to avoid any risk of burns.
Step 2. Remove the filter from the coffee dispensing unit of the appliance and place it in a container with the filter holders.
Step 3. Add an Eccellente cleaning tablet and fill with hot water. Allow the solution to take effect for 30 minutes and then rinse thoroughly with clean water.
Step 4. All coffee grounds should now be removed from the appliance. Replace the filter. For reuse, prepare a cup of coffee without adding coffee and discard.

For use in thermos flasks or coffee pots 
Step 1. Place an Eccellente cleaning tablet inside the flask or coffee pot.
Step 2. Fill 2/3 full with hot water, allow the cleaning solution to take effect for 30 minutes, then rinse thoroughly with clean water.
